Playground Planning Committee Volunteers Needed

Dear Ross Glen Families, 

We are excited to finally schedule and plan for the building of our new playground structures! The project is set for the end of June and the beginning of July. To make this a reality, we require several volunteers to form a Playground Planning Committee, led by Jenn and Spencer Torrie (parent volunteers). We are grateful for their leadership!

This commitment is to help PLAN & ORGANIZE for the removal of the existing expiring equipment and the construction of the new playground. This includes organizing and securing "in-kind" labour and equipment, organizing/tracking volunteers, and completing reporting requirements for the project.

Another call for MANY volunteers will come out in the spring to help with the actual removal and construction of the playground. Removal & Construction dates are set for the end of June/beginning of July.
